About Us

Thank you for taking time to visit the Shades of Commerce website. We are a resource for the socially conscious consumer and minority or women entrepreneur. The impetus to create this website came from a desire to purchase goods from minority-owned and woman-owned businesses. Unfortunately, I had a difficult time finding comprehensive and up-to-date listings. How could I support someone, or something, that I could not find? After multiple dead-ends I assessed my dilemma and concluded that there was indeed a void in the consumer’s ability to easily access our target market. Instead of ignoring the problem I decided to provide a solution: Shades of Commerce. I invite you to join me in building a robust network of retailers and service providers that deserve our patronage. Our online marketplace targets a supportive, vibrant and woke audience.

To sum it up we are, “Spreading Love through Commerce”.

Sincerely,
Tiffany Lee

Testimonials

Sip & Share Wines

Shades of Commerce walks the talk of support and collaboration! They used their social platforms and influence to promote our winery and even did a social media push for our Wines for Mother's Day!! All because they believe in circulating Black dollars in Black communities! They've also put their money behind their message by purchasing our wines for themselves! Their continued encouragement, support in sharing and being a true partner in economic growth and unity is outstandingly phenomenal!! We, at Sip & Share Wines, are abundantly grateful!

All Access Golf

Tiffany has been a great supporter for All Access Golf. She has attended our events which allowed her to learn about the golf industry and network with those in it. Tiffany’s presence also adds value. Her exposure to various industries makes her a resource for our event attendees.

Absolute Coffee

Shades of Commerce has been a great collaborative partner both in the community and online. Tiffany has worked arduously to promote my business by serving our local fire department breakfast and coffee bought from my store. Additionally, Tiffany is kind enough to share posts and information of my store with her Instagram followers. It has been a real pleasure to work with someone so dedicated to local businesses and the neighborhood supporting them.
